No candles or anything lit by flame (incense, etc.)
Remove shoes upon entering apartment.
Please do not re-arrange furniture.
Make up and foundation may stain linens and towels. Thoroughly remove any make up or foundation prior to using our linens and towels. If they are stained, by make up or anything else, you will be charged a replacement fee $50.
Before you leave, please:
.... check to be sure you have packed all your things
.... make sure all windows and doors are locked
…. remove food, garbage, and place in the outside trash bins
….place dishes in dishwasher and start
If home is left in disrespectful condition requiring repairs or extensive cleaning, the charges will be passed on to the guest. We kindly ask that you respect our home. Smoking within the home will result in $1000.00 fine.

- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
