Hello, For our safety and yours, if you have not already completed the verification process, we ask that you please upload your photo ID. I'll be happy to provide instructions if needed. If you're local to our area, Please let us know what brings you to our place. Our home is not a good party location. We have smoke Cigarette, etc noise monitoring equipment and exterior cameras. If you plan to host a party, we will know and we’ll ask you to leave. bookings may be canceled if these items are overlooked. Please advise us before booking if you plan to bring pets. while we do allow some pets, we have limitations.

Before you leave, please:

If home is left in disrespectful condition requiring repairs or extensive cleaning, the charges will be passed on to the guest. We kindly ask that you respect our home. Smoking within the home will result in $1000.00 fine.
