NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN HOME. This includes anything requiring a lighter or match, This includes Candles, Incence, etc. Smoking in this property will result in an additional 500.00 cleaning fee.
We do allow pets. However, this house is not suitable for cats.
If you will be bringing 3 or more dogs, kindly check with us first. We would need to approve your request. There might be a $10 per pet deposit which will be returned if there is no excessive cleaning required after your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
