No Smoking of any kind in this property. This includes Cigars, Cigarettes, Candles, Incense, Etc. If it requires a flame, it's not allowed indoors. a minimum 500.00 + cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
We do allow pets. However, this house is not suitable for cats.
If you will be bringing 3 or more dogs, kindly check with us first. We would need to approve your request. There might be a $10 per pet deposit which will be returned if there is no excessive cleaning required after your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
Bear proof trash receptacles are provided for your use. They are only effective if they are locked in between use. Failing to lock these bins will result in bear damage to the receptacle and a fine (up to $500.00)from the City of Beech Mountain. You must agree to lock these containers after each use. Fines will be passed on to guests if this policy is not followed.

- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
